What we will explore
Armen and Haris explore how regulation, curiosity, ownership, and repeated action support learning and change—while separating useful evidence from common neuromyths.
Compare advice, interpretation, and coaching questions, and notice how each affects reflection, motivation, and client ownership.
Watch a live demonstration, then practise active listening, open questions, and suspending assumptions in a guided coaching lab.
Help clients recognise their strengths, knowledge, experience, relationships, and choices—without creating dependence on the practitioner.
Use a clear coaching progression to clarify what the client wants, explore reality and resources, and identify meaningful options.
Practise turning awareness into a specific, realistic, and personally owned next step, followed by reflection and adjustment.
Experiential by design
The 30-minute break allowance can be arranged as two 15-minute breaks or three 10-minute breaks.
Certificate included
Participants who attend the full workshop will receive a certificate stating their name, the workshop title, date, duration of 3 hours, and facilitator names.
