Payment terms

Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

These rules apply to Andreasyan.io therapy services. Courses and other events may state additional event-specific terms on the relevant page.

Payment method

Evaluation-session booking and payment are completed through app.andreasyan.io. Payment is due before the session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Card payments are made on the secure Inecobank payment page. Andreasyan.io does not store and does not have access to full card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, or other sensitive payment-method data. After payment, the client receives a confirmation and receipt by email.

Therapy-session prices

  • First evaluation session: 25,000 AMD / 50 minutes.
  • Regular therapy session: 30,000 AMD / 50 minutes.
  • Future price changes are communicated in advance and do not affect sessions already paid for.

Cancellation and rescheduling

  • At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
  • With more than 48 hours’ notice, the payment may be transferred once to another available session by agreement.
  • With less than 48 hours’ notice or for a no-show, the full session fee remains payable and is normally not refundable.
  • If the client is late, the session ends at the scheduled time and the full fee remains applicable.
  • Emergency or exceptional circumstances are considered individually and do not create an automatic right to a refund.

Refunds

  • If Andreasyan.io cannot provide the service, the client is offered a full refund or rescheduling.
  • When the necessary payment information and banking procedures are in order, the refund is initiated within 3 business days. The bank may take additional time before the funds become available.
  • Card-payment refunds are returned through the original card or banking route unless the bank or applicable payment rules require another procedure.
  • A service that has already been fully delivered is not refundable except where required by law.

Other services

  • Business consultation: 20,000 AMD / hour.
  • Courses: 0–50,000 AMD depending on course/training length and format. Free courses are shown as “Free”.
  • Course refund or transfer terms are listed on the relevant event page and may depend on duration, format, scholarships, or included bonuses.

Requests

Cancellation, rescheduling, or refund requests should be sent to info@andreasyan.io with the client’s name, booking details, and payment confirmation number.
