Terms of Service
These terms summarize the main conditions for therapy, consulting, and training services provided through Andreasyan.io. After payment, a therapy client reviews and electronically signs the complete Psychotherapy Services Agreement and Informed Consent in the personal portal.

Therapy services and prices
- First evaluation session: 25,000 AMD / 50 minutes.
- Regular therapy session: 30,000 AMD / 50 minutes.
- The standard session duration is 50 minutes.
- The evaluation session is used to assess needs, goals, safety, and working fit and does not by itself guarantee an offer of ongoing therapy.
Nature and limits of therapy
Therapy is collaborative and may involve sensitive personal subjects. It can bring improvement as well as temporary discomfort or emotional strain. Outcomes cannot be guaranteed, and active client participation is important.
Andreasyan.io is not a 24-hour, emergency, or crisis service and does not replace psychiatric or medical care. In immediate danger, contact the emergency services available in the client’s current location.
Sessions, teletherapy, and communication
- If the client is late, the session ends at the scheduled time and is not normally extended.
- Email and messages outside sessions are mainly for administrative matters.
- For remote sessions, the client should, where reasonably possible, use a private setting, trusted device and connection, and disclose their current country or city.
- Recording, filming, or distributing screenshots of a session is not permitted without prior separate written agreement by both parties.
Payment, cancellation, and refunds
- Payment is due before the session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Card payments are processed on the secure Inecobank payment page. Andreasyan.io does not store full card numbers or CVV/CVC data.
- At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. With less notice or for a no-show, the full session fee remains payable.
- If Andreasyan.io cannot provide the service, a full refund or rescheduling is offered. A refund is initiated within 3 business days when the necessary payment information and banking procedures are in order.
Accepted payment systems
Confidentiality and professional boundaries
Therapy information is confidential and is not shared with third parties without client consent except where disclosure is permitted or required by applicable law. This may include an immediate and serious danger to the client or another person, legal duties concerning abuse of a child or vulnerable person, and a binding request from a court or other competent authority. Any disclosure is limited to the minimum information reasonably necessary.
The therapist–client relationship is strictly professional. Professional supervision or consultation may use de-identified case information unless separate consent or a legal requirement applies.
Electronic agreement
The complete therapy agreement is shown in the app.andreasyan.io portal. The client can read it in full before accepting it and signs with a typed full name and drawn electronic signature.
The typed name must match the client’s full legal name as shown on their passport or ID. Armenian or Latin script is accepted according to the form used on that identity document.
At signing, the agreement version, immutable content snapshot, signing time, and integrity information are preserved. The downloadable signed PDF is generated from the same content that was displayed before signing.
Other services
- Business consultation: 20,000 AMD / hour.
- Courses and trainings: 0–50,000 AMD depending on course/training length and format. Each event page states its exact price and any event-specific cancellation rules.
