Short explanations with clear examples
Psychometric Assessment in Clinical Practice
Learn how to choose a suitable questionnaire, interpret the score and track a client’s progress through repeated measurement.
You will work with PHQ-9 for depressive symptoms and GAD-7 for anxiety, from administration and scoring to discussing results with a client. You will also compare DASS-21 for depression, anxiety and stress, K10 for general psychological distress, and ONS4 for wellbeing. Using sample case data, you will build a baseline and follow-up plan and calculate whether an observed change is likely to be reliable rather than ordinary measurement fluctuation.
